دادگاه محمد نجفی، وکیل دادگستری و زندانی عقیدتی برای چهار اتهام سنگین دیگر صبح دوشنبه پنجم آذر ماه در شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اراک تشکیل شد. پیام درفشان وکیل محمد نجفی به کمپین گفت امیدوار است قاضی دادگاه به دفاعیات او و موکلش توجه کند و حکم برائت آقای نجفی از اتهاماتی که مصادیق حقوقی ندارند را صادر کند.

پیام درفشان با اظهار اینکه اتهامات موکلش امنیتی هستند در حالی که او فقط اعتقادات سیاسی خود را به زبان آورده به کمپین گفت: «من از قاضی خواستم تا تفاوت مجرم سیاسی و امنیتی در این پرونده لحاظ شود. محمد نجفی موکل من فقط عقاید و نظراتش را عنوان کرده که ممکن است موافق سلیقه فکری خیلی‌ها نباشد. مجرم امنیتی دست به سلاح می‌زند و امنیت کشور را به خطر می‌اندازد اما مجرم سیاسی دغدغه انسانی دارد که فقط آن را به زبان می‌آورد که شاید مخالف سلیقه خیلی‌ها باشد. البته قاضی هم این را تایید کرد.»

به گفته پیام درفشان وکیل محمد نجفی او متهم به چهار اتهام «تشکیل دست جمعیتی بیش از دو نفر در داخل کشور با هدف بر هم زدن امنیت کشور و عضویت در این دسته مجرمانه»، «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی و به نفع گروه ها و سازمان های مخالف نظام»، «توهین به مقام رهبری از طریق شعاردادن مرگ بر دیکتاتور» و «همکاری با دول متخاصم از طریق انتقال اخبار و اطلاعات از جمله مصاحبه با رسانه‌های خارجی» است. علاوه بر اینها محمد نجفی برای پیگیری ماجرای کشته شدن وحید حیدری که در اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۳۹۶ در بازداشتگاهی در اراک به شکل مشکوکی جان باخت نیز متهم است.

محمد نجفی، وکیل دادگستری شهر اراک است که به دلیل پیگیری مرگ مشکوک وحیدحیدری، جوان معترض اراکی که در تظاهرات سراسری دی ۹۶ در اراک بازداشت و در زندان جان باخت، از سوی وزارت اطلاعات در تاریخ ۲۵ دی ماه ۹۶ بازداشت شد و تقریبا سه ماه بعد در تاریخ ۲۸ فروردین ۹۷ با قرار وثیقه یک میلیارد تومانی از زندان آزاد شد. دو پرونده در طی بازجویی‌ها برای او تشکیل شد که یکی از آنها به شعبه یک دادگاه انقلاب و دیگری در شعبه ۱۰۱ دادگاه کیفری اراک برای رسیدگی منتقل شد.

این وکیل دادگستری به دو اتهام «اخلال در نظم عمومی» و «نشر اکاذیب و تشویق اذهان عمومی» در شعبه ۱۰۱ دادگاه کیفری به سه سال حبس در زندان اراک و ۷۴ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد و از تاریخ ششم آبان ماه برای اجرای حکمش به زندان اراک منتقل شده است. این وکیل زندانی روز پنجم آذر ماه از زندان به دادگاه برای رسیدگی به چهار اتهام مضاعفش در پرونده دوم منتقل شد.

پیام درفشان درباره اتهام «همکاری با دول متخاصم از طریق انتقال اخبار و اطلاعات از جمله مصاحبه با رسانه‌های خارجی» موکلش به کمپین گفت: «ما در دادگاه برای دفاع از این اتهام گفتیم اولا قاضی باید دول متخاصم را مشخص کند که منظور چه کشورهای هستند. اگر منظور آمریکا است که ایران خود به پیمان موودت بین دولت‌ها استناد کرده و گفته براساس این پیمان آمریکا حق خروج از برجام را ندارد و باید رفتار دوستانه داشته باشد، بنابراین وقتی دولت ایران، آمریکا را متخاصم نمی‌داند این اتهام برای یک شهروند ایرانی معنی ندارد. اگر هم منظور انگلستان است که ما اساسا با این کشور ارتباط سیاسی داریم و در داخل کشور هم سفارت‌خانه دارد. محمد نجفی هم فقط با رسانه‌های که در آمریکا یا انگلیس هستند مصاحبه کرده است.»

درفشان در ادامه درباره جاسوسی از طریق انتقال اخبار و اطلاعات گفت: «دوم اینکه انتقال اخبار و اطلاعات در زمانی می‌تواند مجرمانه باشد که شخصی موارد سری و محرمانه و اطلاعات دارای اهمیت را منتقل کند. اما فعالیت نجفی در حد نظر و تحلیل‌های شخصی‌اش درباره مسایل جامعه بوده است.»

وکیل محمد نجفی درباره اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی و به نفع گروه ها و سازمان های مخالف نظام» موکلش نیز به کمپین گفت: «مستندات این اتهام براساس انتقادهای شفاهی و مطالب نجفی شکل گرفته است در حالی که برای چنین اتهامی اول باید دشمنی آقای نجفی با کلیت نظام ثابت شود. کارهای ایشان فقط در حد انتقاد بوده، بعد هم ایشان هیچ‌وقت عنوان نکرده که عضو سازمانی است و یا به نفع گروه، سازمان و یا فردی صحبت نکرده است.»

به گفته این وکیل، اتهام توهین به رهبری از طریق شعار «مرگ بر دیکتاتور» نیز خلاف موازین حقوقی است: «نجفی در تمام مراحل بازداشت، بازجویی و مراحل بازپرسی خود گفته منظورش از شعار مرگ بر دیکتاتور، خوی دیکتاتوری و دیکتاتور در هر زمان تاریخی بوده است.»

پیام درفشان همچنین درباره دفاعیاتش به آنچه به اتهام پیگیری ماجرای کشته شدن وحید حیدری در دادگاه روز پنجم آذر ۹۷ برمی‌گردد، گفت:«وقتی قاضی از نجفی پرسید که از کجا مطمئن بوده حیدری به قتل رسیده، گفت من هیچ‌وقت کلمه قتل را به زبان نیاوردم فقط گفتم براساس گفته‌های اعضای خانواده‌اش او فروشنده مواد مخدر نیست و در اعتراضات سراسری دی ماه دستگیر شده است. من هم در دفاع گفتم وقتی رییس جمهور کمیته ویژه برای رسیدگی به مرگ‌ها و خودکشی در زندان‌ها تشکیل می‌دهد یعنی مساله مهم است. و وقتی یک نفر درباره قتل مشکوک کسی نظر می‌دهد و اطلاع رسانی می‌کند اتفاقا باید خوشحال شد نه اینکه برایش پرونده‌های سنگین متعدد تشکیل داد.»

خانواده وحید حیدری پس از گرفتن جسد او برای خاکسپاری آثار کبودی‌های فراوانی را روی بدن و سر او مشاهده کردند که مساله مرگ طبیعی در بازداشتگاه را نقض می‌کرد. همچنین به گفته خانواده او، مرحوم حیدری تا زمان بازداشت به کار دستفروشی در اراک مشغول بوده است. محمد نجفی تنها در نوشته‌های گفته‌های اعضای خانواده وحید حیدری را منتقل کرد.

محمد نجفی پیش از بازداشت در مصاحبه با کمپین گفته بود که «من معتقد هستم که این جوان خودکشی نکرده و با پدرش صحبت کرده‌ام خیلی نگران بودند و من اعلام کردم که حاضر هستم رایگان وکالت‌شان را بپذیرم و پی‌گیری کنم. این جوان، معترض بوده، گرفتند و بعد زدند و کشتند و حالا دارند آبرویش را هم می‌برند. خانواده نگران بودند. ملاحظات دارند. به شدت فضا امنیتی است و خانواده هم تحت فشار هستند.»

Israel's intelligence minister has released a video illustrating his plan for an artificial island off the coast of Gaza, which he says would help alleviate humanitarian suffering in the isolated enclave.

The plan calls for the island to be built in the Mediterranean three miles off the coast of Gaza and connected to the strip by a long bridge.

The island, which would itself be 2.5 miles long, would have a port where passengers and cargo could be dropped off and then transported to Gaza itself. It could potentially one day even have an airport. 

Gaza has neither a shipping port nor an airport of its own and its two million residents are almost entirely dependent supplies coming through the land border with Israel.

"The artificial island initiative is aimed at providing an answer to a reality that is bad for the Palestinians and not good for Israel," the video’s narrator says. 

The project is the brainchild of Israel’s intelligence minister, whose name is Yisrael Katz. 

He has pushed for the idea for seven years, often facing skepticism from other ministers, but claims now that the project is gaining momentum. 

Mr. Katz presented the slick video to the Israeli cabinet earlier this month and won the support of some of his colleagues but failed to convince Avigdor Lieberman, Israel’s defense minister, who remains opposed. 

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, would have the ultimate say but his position on the proposal is not known.

According to Mr. Katz, the island would cost $5 billion dollars, which would be raised from international donors, and would take five years to construct. 

Under his plan, the island would have a marina for passengers and a port for cargo ships. Israel’s navy would patrol the surrounding waters and Israeli forces would inspect everything that comes through the island. 

An international police force would have responsibility for security on the island itself and would man a checkpoint in the bridge connecting it to Gaza. A section of the bridge could be lifted to disconnect the island from Gaza in the event of a security crisis.

The island would also have a power station and a water desalination plant. 

Gaza has been controlled the Islamist militant group Hamas since 2007, when Hamas forces took power and drove out the Western-backed Palestinian Authority (PA).

Israel responded with a blockade on Gaza, which it says is necessary for its own security. Critics argue that a blockade is a form of collective punishment on the people of Gaza.  

Mr. Katz argues that the island would make it easier for people and supplies to get in and out of Gaza, simultaneously easing Palestinian suffering and reducing international criticism of Israel. 

“He believes in it because he knows that if something isn’t done in the end we’re going to face some sort of human catastrophe or another round of war,” said Arye Shalicar, head of international affairs at the intelligence ministry. 

“Seven years ago almost everyone was against it but since then we’ve had two rounds of war with Hamas. Many people who said, in politics and in the security establishment, started understanding this might be a good solution.”

Mr. Katz is a senior figure in Mr. Netanyahu’s Likud party and says he plans to run for the leadership of the party when the prime minister leaves office. 

Mr. Lieberman, the defense minister, remains a skeptic of the island idea and argues that the project would be a reward for Hamas  “Hamas will say that thanks to its struggle it has received investments worth billions and a new port in Gaza.”

Hamas has in the past opposed the idea, saying it was a way of making the Israeli blockade permanent. Some sort of agreement with Hamas would almost certainly be needed for the island idea to go ahead.

While the Saudi military continues to besiege Yemen and create the worst humanitarian crisis on the planet today, the United States also continues to arm and abet KSA in their war against the Yemeni people. Yemen, of course, is nothing more than a proxy war against Iran and a geopolitical chess move on the part of both the Saudis and the Americans and, for that reason, no amount of war crimes and intentional targeting of civilians has warranted anything more than a tepid criticism of the Saudis by the current US administration.

KSA can even fund and direct terrorist organizations across the world with very little restraint.

That the United States has been well aware of the Saudi financing of terrorist organizations is no secret and has been revealed on numerous occasions. It has also been documented that the United States works closely with Saudi Arabia and other Gulf State feudal monarchies in the use of those terrorists around the world to further its own political and geopolitical aims.

In terms of money alone, however, Saudi Arabia is unparalleled in the ranks of nations that finance terrorism. In fact, in a leaked 2009 State Department cable and published by WikiLeaks, the United States referred to KSA as the “most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide.”

The cable, signed by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, states that Saudi Arabia “remains a critical financial support base for al-Qaida, the Taliban, LeT and other terrorist groups.” See “Terrorist Finance: Action Request For Senior Level Engagement On Terrorist Finance.”

“Donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide,” the cable states.

The cable points out that Saudi Arabia is quite adept at preventing funds from being used for terrorist groups inside its borders and have been extremely efficient at preventing terrorism inside the country but that its funding of terrorism goes on unabated elsewhere. At the Americans’ request, certain terrorist groups were disrupted and/or de-funded, according to the cable, but little initiative comes from the Saudis. In other words, the Saudis fund a massive range of terrorist organizations across the world and work closely with the US, cutting funds and support based largely on the interests of the Americans.

The cable reads:

While the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) takes seriously the threat of terrorism within Saudi Arabia, it has been an ongoing challenge to persuade Saudi officials to treat terrorist financing emanating from Saudi Arabia as a strategic priority. Due in part to intense focus by the USG over the last several years, Saudi Arabia has begun to make important progress on this front and has responded to terrorist financing concerns raised by the United States through proactively investigating and detaining financial facilitators of concern. Still, donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide.

The USG engages regularly with the Saudi Government on terrorist financing. The establishment in 2008 of a Treasury attache office presence in Riyadh contributes to robust interaction and information sharing on the issue. Despite this presence, however, more needs to be done since Saudi Arabia remains a critical financial support base for al-Qa’ida, the Taliban, LeT, and other terrorist groups, including Hamas, which probably raise millions of dollars annually from Saudi sources, often during Hajj and Ramadan. In contrast to its increasingly aggressive efforts to disrupt al-Qa’ida’s access to funding from Saudi sources, Riyadh has taken only limited action to disrupt fundraising for the UN 1267-listed Taliban and LeT-groups that are also aligned with al-Qa’ida and focused on undermining stability in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Saudi Arabia has enacted important reforms to criminalize terrorist financing and restrict the overseas flow of funds from Saudi-based charities. However, these restrictions fail to include &multilateral organizations8 such as the International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO), Muslim World League (MWL) and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY.) Intelligence suggests that these groups continue to send money overseas and, at times, fund extremism overseas. In 2002, the Saudi government promised to set up a &Charities Committee8 that would address this issue, but has yet to do so. The establishment of such a mechanism, however, is secondary to the primary U.S. goal of obtaining Saudi acknowledgement of the scope of this problem and a commitment to take decisive action.

The United States, the State Department, and Hillary Clinton have all been proven to have worked closely with terrorist groups themselves so the phrasing of the cable is either set up to present a sense of concern over terror funding on the part of the Secretary of State to the readers who were not fully “in the know” or it is thinly veiled concern over the possibility that KSA’s funding of terror could, eventually, grow out of America’s control. The latter has shown no evidence of having taken place, however, and any American-feigned concern over the funding of terrorism beggars belief, particularly when it comes from the very agencies and individuals who so heavily relied on using proxy forces made up of jihadist terrorists both funded by Saudi Arabia and funded, armed, directed, and trained by the United States.

(*)قابل توجه خوانندگان عزیز: پریروز در  واتس آپ از دوست عزیزی مطلبی دریافت کردم که خبر شفاهی اش را مدتها قبل شنیده بودم.کپی بخشی از مقاله ای از روزنامه قدیمی(چهارشنبه 4 ماه می 1988) با عنوان: "جوانان عرب شانه به شانه افغانها(طالبان-م) میجنگند"،به انظمام عکسی از روزنامه نگار تیکه تیکه شده جمال خاشقچی  که با افتخار کلاشینکفی در دست در کنار دوعربستانی به اصطلاع مجاهد  بنامهای جمال فازان و ابو محمد ال امین و یک یمنی بنام احمد موسد با لبخند ایستاده. باری، در زیرش چنین متنی نوشته شده بود:"این آقا(منظور خاشقچی) زمانی در افغانستان کارمندان دولت را که مجاهدین اسیر گرفته بود با کارد ذبح میکرد.اینکار را در همکاری با رسول سیاف یکی از رهبران مجاهدین که سعودی حمایتش میکرد و سلفیت و وهابیت را در برخی از جاهای افغانستان ترویج میکرد انجام میداد.اینها یکبار 60 دختر جوان را در استان کنر افغانستان اسیر گرفته و میخواستند همه را به عقد خویش درآورند.50 تا از این دختران جوان موفق به فرار شدند و همه خود را به رودخانه کنر پرتاب کردند و برای همیشه کسی آثاری از آنها ندید. یادم هست که وهابی ها در استان کنر دو .جوان دانش اموز را به جرم همکاری با دولت همان زمان که 1000 بار مسلمان تر از وهابی ها بود با چاقو سر بریدند.خداوند سزای همان قصابی های خاشقچی را امروز برایش داد که سزاوارش بود.دنیا دارمکافات است، از هر دست دادی با همان دست میگیری!!"

باری، از چرندیاتش راجع به "خداوند سزای .." که بگذریم...بله چشمش کور...سگ زرد برادر شغاله...طرف تحفه ای هم نبود. البته این به معنی و تایید کشتنش با اون شیوه وحشیانه نیست ،صرفا در تایید این حرفست که : چون واسه واشنگتن پست کار میکرده ...یا... لزوما آدم خوبی هم نبوده...گول تبلیغات رسانه ها غالب که پوچ هستند را نخوریم
