Heavy clashes occur between protesters and police as hundreds of thousands take to the streets to oppose a proposed change in France’s labor law
درگیریهای شدید میان معترضان و پلیس رخ دهد وقتی صدها هزار نفر در مخالفت با تغییر ارائه قانون کار دولت نئولیبرال فرانسه به خیابان ریختند.
While global media attention is focused on football violence in France, Paris witnessed some of its worst political violence in decades as protesters defied the country’s state of emergency and fought battles with heavily millitarized police units. Unions called for a general strike over the government’s plans to change labor laws, making it easier for bosses to fire workers. The government refuses to back down as resistance grows across the country with unions calling for more strikes.

در حالی که توجه رسانه های جهانی به خشونت فوتبال در فرانسه متمرکز شده است، پاریس شاهد برخی از بدترین خشونت های سیاسی خود در دهه ها بوده، معترضان قوانین اضطراری دولت این کشور را به مبارزه طلبیده و با واحدهای پلیس به شدت جنگیدند. اتحادیه ها خواستار اعتصاب عمومی علیه برنامه های دولت، برای تغییر قانون کار که اخراج کارگران را برای کارفرمایان آسانتر میکند، شده اند. دولت، همینکه مقاومت در سراسر کشور با اعتصابات اتحادیه ها و حملات بیشتر رشد کرده، حاضر به عقب نشینی نمی باشد .
