The Russian government has launched a nationwide civil defence training exercise to ensure the country is properly prepared in the event of a nuclear, chemical and biological attack from the West.

دولت روسیه برای اطمینان داشتن از اینکه کشورشان به خوبی آماده احیانا حمله هسته ای، شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی از طرف غرب میباشد یک تمرین آموزش دفاع .مدنی در سراسر کشورراه اندازی کرده است 

Amid growing international tensions, particulary over Russia's conduct in Syria, the Defence Ministry-run Zvezda TV network announced last week: "Schizophrenics from America are sharpening nuclear weapons for Moscow." 

در بحبوحه تنش در حال رشد بین المللی، خصوصا بخاطر عملکرد روسیه در سوریه، 'زوزدا' شبکه تلویزیونی هدایت شده توسط وزارت دفاع روسیه هفته گذشته اعلام کرد :'اسکیزوفرنیکهای آمریکائی دارند سلاحهای هسته ایشان را برای روسیه  آماده میکنند' 

Lasting three days, the exercise being run by the Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) will involve 200,000 emergency personnel and the co-operation of 40 million civilians.

این تمرین که بمدت سه روز بطول خواهد انجامید، توسط وزارت دفاع مدنی اجرا خواهد شد، اورژانس و حذف عواقب ناشی از بلایای طبیعی ('امرکوم')شامل 200،000 پرسنل اورژانس و با همکاری 40 میلیون شهروند میباشد.

Russia conducts huge military drill

EMERCOM stated on its website: "The drill will rehearse radiation, chemical and biological protection of the personnel and population during emergencies at crucial and potentially dangerous facilities.

 در وب سایت خود 'امرکوم ' چنین اظهار داشته: "این تمرین آزمایش میکند تشعشعهای اتمی، شیمیائی و دفاع بیولوژیک از پرسنل و مردم را در مواقع اضطراری در مراکز مهم و بالقوه خطرناک .

"Fire safety, civil defence and human protection at social institutions and public buildings are also planned to be checked.

"Response units will deploy radiation, chemical and biological monitoring centers and sanitation posts at the emergency areas, while laboratory control networks are going to be put on standby."

Relations between Russia and the West continue to deteriorate with Vladimir Putin suspending an agreement with the US over the disposal of surplus weapons-grade plutonium, BBC reports.

به گزارش بی بی سی، روابط بین روسیه و غرب کماکان رو به وخامت میرود و ولادیمیر پوتین به حالت تعلیق در آورده توافقشان را با ایالات متحده پیرامون دفع مازاد پلوتونیوم با درجه تسلیحاتی را .

Under the 2000 Plutonium Disposition Pact, both sides were told to get rid of 34 tonnes of surplus nuclear material by burning it in reactors.

تحت پیمان گرایش پلوتونیوم 2000، هر دو طرف توافق کرده بودند که از 34 تن مواد هسته ای مازاد  با سوزاندن آن در رآکتورهایشان خلاص شوند.

In addition to the nationwide exercise, EMERCOM has announced its intention to build underground facilities beneath Moscow to shield 100 per cent of the capital's population from a nuclear attack.

علاوه برتمرین در سراسر کشور، امرکوم قصد خود را برای ساخت تاسیسات زیرزمینی در زیر شهر مسکو  برای حفاظت صد در صدی جمعیت پایتخت از یک حمله هسته ای اعلام کرده است.
